The Oakland County 4-H Fair Association is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and, as such, operates under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Oakland County 4-H Fair Association shall be organized:

• To offer youth experiences in life skills through participating in a supervised, educational event.
• To provide for the public promotion of 4-H in Oakland County through Agricultural, Industrial, Educational and Recreational Fairs and Exhibitions.
• To help facilitate educational opportunities for adult and youth leadership.
• To provide a public display of the educational accomplishments of the Youth of Oakland County.
